At Lively from Best Buy Health, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal or contact our customer care team to provide your order number and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the provided packing slip to ensure fast processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location at no additional cost to you.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
